Our Turn

Chris and I had our pictures taken by Crystal Lilly this week. We are fast approaching our two year anniversary so it was really nice to get some current portraits of us together. Can't say we love the changes in our physique's. . . But we are still truck'n and love'n and that's the most important thing. Crystal really did a wonderful job and made it fun for us too. Ostrich Festival

Yesterday Chris and I went to the Ostrich Festival with his Cousin Tyler and his wife Chelsea. We had tons of fun!!!

This was the first thing we went to and it was INCREDIBLE! I think I could of died happy after seeing the sea lion show. I also realized I've completely missed my calling in life. If I had a do over I would totally be working at Sea World (which I have never been to). . . Not so sure the fair circuit would do it for me.

Next we went to the Thrill Seeker show (or whatever it was called). This was pretty wild and made us a little nervous we were going to see this guy plummet to his death at any given moment.

The zebra was quite cute and even took time to show us how it pee peed.

And then there were these little guys!! I think this is my next crazy pet. They were so dang cute. I know goats are nasty mean animals that destroy things. . . But I'm not sure I can resist one, or two. I mean, how bad can farm animals be?

Game Night

Last night we played a rip roaring game of. . .

Chris and I quickly realized (ahem, or at least I did) that we are not expert strategists when it comes to phase ten, or any other game for that matter.

We did have a great time with our friends J.C. and Nikki though. I was so glad Chris was able to break away from photo editing for a couple hours so we could get out of the house and have some fun.

On a side note, we got rid of Louie. We discovered he had started marking his territory in our house and I sold his bum on craigslist that same day. Don't worry, no more pets for us. Geesh! After Louie I don't even want anymore.
